Polite Wealth Portal Payment Policies  

By accepting a spot in the Polite Wealth Portal Programs, you agree to the following terms in their entirety:  

  1. Refund Policy 

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances except as outlined below:  

    • A refund request must be submitted before the accelerator begins.  

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the Polite Wealth Portal administrative team to review your request. All decisions regarding refunds are final.  
       

  • If a refund is approved, any payment processing fees are non-refundable.  

  1. Payment Accommodations    

Polite Wealth Portal acknowledges that financial situations may change. If a client encounters difficulty adhering to the payment schedule, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate with Student Success Manager to establish a feasible payment plan.  

  • This payment plan must be mutually agreed upon by both the client and the Polite Wealth Portal Administrator to ensure the participant fulfills their financial obligations.
