Do I Need a Real Estate License or Experience?

Individuals with prior wholesaling and real estate investing experience will still get tremendous value from the accelerator, but it is laid out to help even those who have never done a deal get their first deal done.
How Much Time Do I Need?
The Accelerator is 4 weeks, but that’s just the start of your journey to financial freedom through real estate investing. You will have lifetime access to the recordings and course materials . You can listen to the recordings while driving, on the bus or even at work with headphones in. We teach flexible marketing methods for all people with different backgrounds and experiences. Do I Need a Real Estate License or Experience?
This program was designed to help complete newbies map out their business and budget first, then intentionally build a direct-to-seller virtual marketing business to get real estate deals all across the country from the comfort of your own home. Someone with wholesaling and real estate experience will still get great value from this class, but it is laid out to get even those who have never learned the ABC’s of real estate build a business and close leads within 30 days.
How Much Time Do I Need?
The Virtual Wholesale 30 Program was designed to be completed in 30 days, but the pace at which you take this course is up to you. It is broken down already day-by-day and it is suggested that you follow along daily to ensure you complete it within 30 days. You will have lifetime access to course materials . You can listen to the lessons while driving, on the bus or even at work with headphones in. We cover flexible marketing methods for all lifestyles. It doesn't matter what your schedule is like, if you can set aside a few hours per week you will be able to work your way through it.Even if you can't start marketing right away…begin the lessons at your own pace. These lessons are pre-recorded and available online inside our training portal. You can join the weekly live sessions at your leisure.
